Assemble components and parts in accordance with operator instructions and within quality and safety guidelines.
Machine operators must be able to run machines at quoted rate.
Keep Team Leader informed of equipment problems, material shortages or quality problems of parts and/or finished products.
Ensure accurate completion of production and scrap cards, lot traceability and OQR’s, In-Process tags/labels.
Ensure the counts of final products are accurate when packing.
Participate in line changeovers as needed.
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks
Fill out work orders (maintenance)
Attend line meetings and have input for line/efficiency improvements
Use checking aids/quality fixtures to monitor quality checks.
Abide by all company policies/procedures and rules as set out in the Employee Handbook or as stipulated from time to time by management.
Maintain good Housekeeping. Report any damage or quality issues resulting from damage.
Responsible to protect own health and safety by working in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
Responsible to be at workstation and ready to start job on time, unless otherwise instructed by immediate Supervisor/Team Leader/Co-Leader.
Mandatory offsite training may be required to fulfill latest technologiacal information.
Any other reasonable request made by your Team Leader, Supervisor and/or Manager.
