？ Responsible for new business quotation for target new customers and existing customers.
？ Work as the sales team member in program team after business award.
？ Responsible for normal Account Receivable collection.
？ Responsible for customer contract review process and customer satisfaction survey.
？ Responsible to take a lead to improve the customer experience / satisfaction.
？ Responsible for quote & negotiation of engineering changes, obsolete, LTA, economic recovery and other commercial issues during project launching and after SOP.
？ Support site manager with initial business case development including possible strategical planning, sales strategy workshop, merge and acquisitions and due diligent investigation etc.
？ Support Exteriors Asia Marketing events.
？ Perform various analysis as may be required to support the evaluation of MAES business re-alignment or consolidation, integration of take-over business, or potential mergers & acquisition activities.
？ Coaching possible other team member (managers, supervisors) to manage customer experience / satisfaction.
？ Other assignments as assigned by site manager.
？ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commercial field; Masters in Engineering or MBA desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
？ Good verbal and written communication skills (Chinese, English).
？ 10+ years of related sales experience.
？ 5+ years working experience in Automotive Industry preferably in Exteriors.
？ Automotive parts costing and pricing experience.
？ Strong commercial negotiation, presentation, and team work spirit, leadership and proven financial / cost knowledge.
？ Ability to multi-task and frequent travelling and flexible to conference phone calls in the morning or night time (needed meetings with NA team due to different time zone).
